If you are faced by one or more of these, then non-judgemental support and guidance can help you work through the process of change that needs to happen to bring your life back to where you want it to be. This is my role as a Spiritual Coach – to work at a deeper level, to help you identify, bring awareness to, and ultimately resolve your underlying life issues.
The normal way we live in the world is that we notice there is something we want to change, so we change things on the surface hoping it will change the inside – and in the short term it can seem to work, but it only does so at a superficial level. By working at a deeper level we can start to see things differently and so make fundamental changes in the way we live and feel about our lives. In short, we can become completely different – exactly how different, and in what way, depends on you!
This does not depend on any religion or belief in god, but is based up on you being a unique individual who has great qualities but who is facing barriers or feels limited in some way. These limitations usually have their roots in your past and are not you at your deepest level but may dominate your life to such an extent that you believe they are part of you.
During your journey you will discover much about yourself, your truth and your life purpose. There may be challenges but I will support you as we work together to turn these obstacles into opportunities, explore what is and what is not your truth, and so allow you to make major changes in your life.
